Fees and Services Policy

This policy explains paid advisory services, fee structure, and conditions before you commit. Provided by urbancostyle.com LLC.

1. Nature of Services

We provide advisory and consulting services in digital strategy and compliance. They are informational; not legal, tax, or financial advice unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Fees

Fees are disclosed before you commit. Options: hourly (min. 30 min), fixed project, or retainer. Prices in UAH unless stated. Single tax payer; VAT not added unless required by law. Changes apply to future engagements only.

3. Payment & Refunds

Invoices due within 7 days. Late payments may incur 0.1% daily charge where permitted. Fees for completed work are non-refundable. Statutory rights under Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 remain unaffected.

4. Conditions Before You Commit

Before purchase, you see a clear description, price, and limitations. You must confirm acceptance. Cancel within 14 days if no service performed, per consumer law. Personal data processed under Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Cookies require prior informed consent except strictly necessary, under Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020.

5. Legal Compliance

We comply with Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, providing full identification and contacts. Advertising is clearly identified and not misleading per Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996.
